Oaktown Jazz Workshops provides a variety of programs that develop and promote education and youth participation in Jazz as a music art form. The Programs include: Performance Workshops, Public Concerts, Festivals & Community Events, The Groovemobile, Jazz in the Schools, Public Lectures & Demonstrations

The Jazzschool is Located in Berkeley and offers an innovative music school dedicated to the study and performance of America's indigenous music - jazz and related styles of music. Founded in 1997, the Jazzschool is newly located in the historic Kress Building on the northwest corner of Shattuck and Addison Streets, situated in the heart of the burgeoning Downtown Berkeley Arts District.

Oakland Jazz Foundation is a non-profit organization created in 1997. Programs currently include occupational health services, education, and performances with plans for additional programs for youth, music in the schools, medical benefits, networking opportunities and related services over time.

Stanford Jazz Workshops offers a variety of jazz education programs for instrumentalists and vocalists, 12 years old and up, through its summer programs: Jazz Camp, Jazz Residency, The Jazz Weekend Intensive, and an Evening Summer Program.
